The Medical Education, CPD and Staff Appraisal Unit plans to organize annual training courses based on the following:

  • The university's strategic plan.
  • The strategic plan of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
  • Achieving the unit's objectives.
  • Considering feedback from students and faculty members of the college.
  • Focusing on input from evaluations, satisfaction surveys, and committee recommendations.

These courses and workshops will be conducted within the available resources and at times suitable for all participants. Specialized trainers will be invited, and an evaluation of these courses will be carried out.
