Upon completion of their degree, graduates will:

  • Develop and master the knowledge base in the basic, pharmaceutical and clinical sciences essential to fulfill all of the roles of pharmacy practitioners as health care providers.
  • Developed an understanding of the pharmacist’s role in health care and illness prevention and the ability to perform this role.
  • Demonstrate skills in the technical, social, and behavioral aspects of pharmacy, including communication skills.
  • Acquire the skills and attitudes necessary for a commitment of life-long learning, including skills to retrieve, critically appraise, disseminate, and apply new knowledge.
  • Illustrate the integration of knowledge and skills in the optimization of medication management and use for a wide range of people.
  • To earn a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, a student must complete 161 credit hours. These include completion of University, College, Department compulsory and elective courses.
