Abstract :
In the past few years, the rapidly advancing field of cancer immunology has produced several new methods of treating cancer, called immunotherapies that increase the strength of immune responses against tumors. Immunotherapies either stimulate the activities of specific components of the immune system or counteract signals produced by cancer cells that suppress immune responses.in recent years, different studies were conducted to expand the use of immunotherapy to more types of cancer, however, its use for the treatment of Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL) is not well known, therefore, this study was proposed. 50 patients with HL will be recruited to this study, the tumor markers such as the presence of REED-Sternberg cells as well as the spreading of the cancerous cells to other area in the body will be evaluated before and after the immunotherapy. It is suggested that immunotherapy will provide a suitable alternative therapeutic technique for the treatment of HL.
