
As part of the joint commitment of An-Najah National University and An-Najah National University Hospital to advancing healthcare services and strengthening the capacities of medical and nursing staff, the An-Najah Life Support Training Center (NLSTC) organized a specialized training course entitled: “Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Training”.
The training was held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, with the participation of physicians and nurses from An-Najah National University Hospital. The course focused on both theoretical and practical aspects, offering participants hands-on training in the latest scientific methods for managing pediatric emergencies, in line with American Heart Association (AHA) protocols.
The training was supervised by Dr. Aidah Alkaissi, an AHA-certified instructor, who delivered an intensive program combining precise theoretical knowledge with advanced practical application.
The NLSTC is recognized as a leading center for preparing medical professionals at the national and regional levels. It offers specialized training programs in Adult Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). The center remains committed to organizing such programs on a regular basis, thereby enhancing the competence of healthcare professionals and reaffirming the leadership of An-Najah National University and its University Hospital as a distinguished scientific and healthcare beacon in Palestine and the region.
