_{Medical Education Office (MEO) was established in 2020 to address the never-ending journey of learning and development, especially in medical and health education. The office focuses on developing medical education and staff's skills.}

_{MEO collaborated with IMET2000-PAL, which is an institution that focuses on "Good health and education". A workshop that focuses on "Training the Trainer" was conducted. the workshop focused on explaining how to be an effective and a passionate teacher using various methods,the workshop has been directed by Dr. Malik Zaben.}

_{An evaluation form was created, to measure the satisfaction level of the attendees regarding the conducted workshop. The evaluation form, consisted of several parts, each covered a specific topic such as the content of the workshop, the skills of the trainer, the structure, the outcome, etc.... Out of approximately 110 attendees.}
