
On April 29, 2025, the Faculty of Medicine and Allied Sciences conducted a two-hour virtual training session via Zoom titled “Effective Feedback in Medical Education: From Evaluation to Empowerment.”
The session was facilitated by Dr. Souad Belkebir, Head of the Medical Education Unit, who is a Preventive Medicine and Public Health Specialist, and holds a Master’s in Medical Education for Healthcare Professionals from the University of Warwick, UK. More than 65 faculty members from various medical and allied health specialties attended the session. Participants actively shared their insights and experiences around feedback practices, contributing to a rich and collaborative learning environment focused on improving feedback quality in clinical and academic teaching.
