An-Najah National University Hospital excels in research output across a wide array of disciplines, including medicine, pharmacology, toxicology, biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, interdisciplinary sciences, biological sciences, environmental sciences, social sciences, nursing, neuroscience, chemical engineering, health professions, immunology and microbiology, chemistry, biomedical engineering, and computer science. This excellence underscores the hospital's commitment to producing high-quality research that advances scientific knowledge and improves healthcare. To date, the hospital has published 350 papers in prestigious international journals with high impact factors, reflecting a notable increase in publications in recent years.

The center is also at the forefront of exploring advancements in artificial intelligence and its medical applications, as well as adopting 3D printing technologies in medicine, which opens new horizons in treatment and diagnosis.
