_{Addressing the ongoing process of learning and growth, particularly in the disciplines of medical and health education, is one of the objectives of the Medical Education Department (MED). The Department is dedicated to improving faculty members' skills. Based on a needs assessment and feedback from our colleagues at the faculty and the hospital, from different specialties, a Qualitative Research workshop was conducted and presented by Prof. Therese Zink, Dr. Souad Belkebir, Dr. Yara Asi, and Dr Ameed Taher.}
