As part of ongoing collaboration with the Palestinian Ministry of Health, a vaccination campaign has been launched to protect nursing and midwifery students at An-Najah National University from viral hepatitis. The campaign aims to safeguard both students and patients as the students prepare to begin their practical training in hospitals and health centers.
A delegation from the Ministry of Health, including Ms. Saeda Raddad, Preventive Medicine Officer, and Ms. Olfat Zubeidat, Infection Control Officer, played a vital role in coordinating the efforts to vaccinate students at An-Najah’s Medical Clinics. The initiative reflects a proactive approach to minimizing health risks and ensuring a safe clinical environment for both healthcare providers and patients.
The campaign was carried out in full cooperation with Dr. Faris Abu Shama, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Suha Hamshari, Director of An-Najah Medical Clinics, and Dr. Aidah Abu Elsoud Alkaissi, representing the Nursing and Midwifery Department. Support from the Public Relations Department and the Services Department at An-Najah National University was also crucial to the successful implementation of this important health initiative.
