He expresses gratitude to the Practical Training Center at An-Najah National University for its invaluable support during this period.

Uday's hands-on experience began in July 2022 in the Department of Vascular Surgery, working under the guidance of Egyptian Professor Sayed Ali, the Head of the General Surgery Department. Weekends were dedicated to cultural and academic exploration, as Uday interacted with medical students from around the world. Visiting Trinity College of Dublin and the RCSI's main building, along with exploring various cities in Ireland, enriched his overall experience. In the second month, Uday extended his expertise to the Departments of Neurosurgery and Organ Transplantation, contributing as an assistant surgeon in rare operations referred from different Irish hospitals.

In his final week, Uday collaborated with Professor Peter Conlon, a prominent kidney specialist in Ireland, on ongoing research involving the Kidney Department at Beaumont Hospital and An-Najah National Hospital.
