An-Najah National University received the Ministry of ‎Education and Higher Education Accreditation for the new BA program of the Health Information Management Program at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.


The students may enroll in the program in the beginning of the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023.

The program prepares students to be competent to work in the high-demand field of healthcare information technology and management. This accredited health information management degree offers robust courses and a simulation experience that will give the students a glimpse into the real-world health information management operations and functions. They will learn about the business and technology side of healthcare and how health information management impacts patients, providers, and payers. This will prepare the students to successfully work in the growing field of health information management, becoming vital members of the healthcare community and improving the future of healthcare.

It also produces health information professionals and well-qualified healthcare providers who are able to keep secure patient records. To accomplish this, the program’s courses teach the students how to create patient records as well as to manage the entire process, check for accuracy and secure the information as required by law.
